What is a Glint ornament made of?
Sheet glass in ruby, amber and emerald, cut by hand and joined with lead came and solder, with a soldered rim and a brass chain. The portrait and the name are painted in glass enamel and fired at 1,250°F, so they are part of the glass and never fade. Nothing in it is plastic, acrylic or vinyl.
What size is it?
One size: 4 in (10 cm) across, about the size of a glass bauble, on a brass chain. Small and round, made for the tree.
How much does it cost?
A breed ornament with your dog’s name and one made from your own photo are both $69, on sale right now. Designing yours is free, and nothing is charged until you check out.
How long does it take?
About a minute to draw your design, free. Every ornament, a breed or one from your own photo, is made to order and arrives 18–25 days after you order. Shipping is priced per piece at checkout, before you pay.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by November 30 for delivery before Christmas, a breed ornament or one from your photo.
Can I return it?
Each ornament is painted for one dog, so it is not returnable, which is why you see your design before you pay. You can cancel or change your order within 3 hours from the link in your confirmation email, and an ornament that arrives broken is remade free when you send photos within 14 days of delivery.
What photo works?
A clear view of one face, turned roughly towards the camera, with both eyes showing. An ordinary phone photo in daylight is what we usually work from, and it need not be sharp. JPEG or PNG.
